Brazil readies new legislation to deal with violent protest risk

Following the death of a TV cameraman from injuries sustained in recent street protests in Rio de Janeiro, federal and municipal authorities in Brazil are increasingly concerned about the risk of social unrest during the June-July Fifa World Cup and thereafter in the run up to the October general election.
