ARGENTINA: The new route for liquidised cocaine

Argentina has become the conduit for large volumes of cocaine, much of it shipped in the increasingly favoured (and largely undetectable) modality of mixture with liquids. Thus far much of the liquidised cocaine was routed through Chile for export, but a recent Argentine investigation revealed that a significant direct maritime route has been opened directly from Buenos Aires.
