BRAZIL: Dilma to play the housing card

In the first days of July President Dilma Rousseff will make one of her last public policy announcements before the full presidential election campaign kicks off on 5 July. She is expected to unveil the third phase of the housing programme known as ‘Minha Casa, Minha Vida’. Could it be a vote winner?
