ECONOMY: Castilla bequeathes optimistic 2015 budget
In his final act as economy & finance minister, Luis Miguel Castilla on 10 September presented the draft 2015 budget to the national congress. Based on the expectation that the economy will make a full recovery from its current economic slowdown, the budget forecasts real annual GDP growth of 6% next year.
