BOLIVIA: Morales prepares for victory
Last minute attempts by the opposition to cast doubt on the electoral process itself are ultimately unlikely to have any impact ahead of the 12 October general elections. The latest poll by Ipsos published on 2 October showed President Evo Morales and his ruling Movimiento al Socialismo (MAS) for the first time taking all of Bolivia’s nine departments.
