Mixed progress in efforts to crack down on child labour

A recent US government report singles out Costa Rica and El Salvador as having made “significant” progress in efforts to fight child labour in 2013. The four other Central American countries – Guatemala, Honduras, Panama and Nicaragua – were all cited as having made “moderate advancements”.
