MEXICO: Two more narco kingpins fall to federal forces

The top leaders of two of the nine main drug-trafficking cartels the government still considers active were captured in October. Both these cartels were said to have been represented at a ‘summit’ earlier this year with the leaders of two other organisations, Los Zetas and the Cartel de Jalisco Nueva Generación (CJNG).
