TRINIDAD & TOBAGO | Security team shakeup. As part of a broader cabinet reshuffle, on 2 February Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar dismissed national security minister Gary Griffith and attorney-general Anand Ramlogan. A month earlier the director of the Police Complaints Authority, David West, had filed a formal complaint to the effect that Ramlogan had pressed him to withdraw a witness statement he had written in support of opposition leader Keith Rowley (who was being sued by Ramlogan).
