Andean Group - March 2015 (ISSN 1741-4466)

The US-based press advocacy organisation, Inter-American Press Association (IAPA), published a report on “pro government media oligarchies” in Latin America. Of the six countries singled out in the report, which was presented before the Inter-American Human Rights Commission (CIDH) on 18 March, three were from the Andean sub-region – Bolivia, Ecuador and Venezuela.
