Election authorities face big challenges
The midterm elections due on 7 June present Mexico’s electoral authorities with a difficult cocktail of inter-related challenges. Here, we look at some of the main problems facing the electoral institute (Instituto Nacional Electoral, INE) and the main electoral court (Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federación, TEPFJ).
