No respite for Guatemala’s Pérez Molina

Development: On 25 May Guatemala’s attorney general’s office (AG) requested that the supreme court (CSJ) consider a formal complaint asking it to consider whether the national congress can consider stripping President Otto Pérez Molina of his immunity from prosecution in order to be investigated for alleged corruption.
