URUGUAY: Puzzle of third ‘dummy bomb’

The investigations and intelligence directorate of Uruguay’s interior ministry is puzzling over the third ‘dummy bomb’ found in the vicinity of the Israeli embassy in the last eight months. Representatives of the Jewish community have reiterated warnings that such happenings should be treated as a threat, while the police have said that the authorities’ reaction has proven that the preventive measures in place have been working.
