Development: On 30 November Colombia’s defence ministry reported that ‘Tuerto Lucho’ (José Daniel Pérez), the leader of the ‘Adonay Ardila Pinilla’ front of the Ejército de Liberación Nacional (ELN) insurgent guerrillas, had been killed during an army-led operation.
