BOLIVIA POLITICS: Doubts build ahead of February referendum

With campaigns underway ahead of the 21 February referendum on whether to change the constitution to allow President Evo Morales to run for a third consecutive presidential term in 2019, recent polls suggest that President Morales – who won 61% of the popular vote in the last October 2014 general election – may still have some convincing to do.
