President Juan Manuel Santos dispatched his brother Enrique Santos to hold an urgent meeting with the maximum leader of the Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (Farc) ‘Timochenko’ (Rodrigo Londoño Echeverri), in Cuba on 14 March, nine days before an agreed deadline for a peace accord to be struck.
