ECUADOR: Ecuador gets “full skin” after maritime accord

Ecuador’s national assembly unanimously ratified the Convention on Maritime Delimitation between Ecuador and Costa Rica on 8 March. The convention, signed by both parties in 2014, is significant because it represents the final step in Ecuador’s mission to establish mutually recognised boundaries with its three neighbours, Peru, Colombia, and Costa Rica.
