Pemex spending drops the most since 1991

Mexico’s state-owned oil firm, Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex), cut its spending by 40.3% in the first two months of the year to M$75.3bn (US$4.1bn), from M$118bn (US$21bn) in January-February 2015. It is Pemex’s biggest expenditure drop since 1991, according to the finance ministry (SHCP).
