COLOMBIA: Tackling the neo-paramilitary threat

Colombian police carried out the biggest seizure of cocaine in the country’s history on 15 May. At least eight tonnes. The cocaine belonged to Clan Úsuga (Los Urabeños), a neo-paramilitary group which is now widely considered to be the biggest threat to peace in a post-accord Colombia.
