BELIZE-GUATEMALA: No sign of reconciliation

More than two months on from the 12 March incident that reignited tension between Belize and Guatemala over their territorial dispute there is little sign of any progress towards a resolution. In particular, the prospects for a settlement of the dispute by way of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) appear to have receded.
