Brazil gov’t cuts import taxes for black beans

Development: In a notably populist measure, on 23 June, the interim Brazilian government led by Michel Temer decided to suspend for three months the import tax on ‘feijão’, the black bean that makes up the bulk of Brazilians’ diet.
