Can the homicide rate be halved?
The Inter American Development Bank (IDB), the Instituto Igarapé, Nossas Cidades, and 15 other non-governmental organisations (NGOs) are launching a highly ambitious campaign – to cut the homicide rate in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) by 50% over 10 years, starting in 2017.
