MEXICO: Bracing for deportations

Under a Donald Trump presidency, more undocumented Mexican citizens are likely to be deported than ever before from the US back to their country of origin. But exactly how many will be affected, and how fast this will happen, remains unclear, despite additional statements by the president-elect. The net result is that the Mexican government has a major, but still unquantified, problem of reabsorption and resettlement hanging over it.
