ARGENTINA: Brazil and Chile ruffle feathers in Buenos Aires

It was a bad week for Argentina's relations with two important next-door neighbours, Brazil and Chile. With the former, Buenos Aires chose to revive its objections to Brazil gaining a permanent seat on the UN Security Council. With the latter, umbrage was taken at the appointment of a chief diplomat who has gone on the record with his unflattering views about Argentina's ruling party.
