COLOMBIA: Growing confidence

The apparent quiescence of inflation should give the central bank plenty of scope to keep interest rates low and unchanged. The current government clearly wants the bank to stimulate the economy, which has been battered by problems in the US and Venezuela, the country's two most important export markets.
