COLOMBIA | Bleak outlook for industry. Industrial production fell by 10.7% month-on-month in January, according to the national statistics department, Dane. It contracted by 4.8% year-on-year due primarily to a fall in vehicle production. The government has lowered its real GDP growth forecast for 2009 from 3.5% to 3% year-on-year.
