Argentina’s supreme court upholds media law

Development: In a landmark ruling following a four-year legal struggle, Argentina’s supreme court on 29 October pronounced the country’s media law constitutional, a move expected to trigger the break-up of Grupo Clarín, one of Latin America’s largest media conglomerates.
