Push for international cooperation as violence at Brazil’s border increases

An upsurge in crime in Brazil’s shared borders with Bolivia, Colombia, and Paraguay has sparked calls for greater security cooperation between the neighbouring countries. Authorities say increased levels of drug trafficking activity are to blame.
