Argentina: The national statistics institute (Indec) has released new figures which show that GDP was up 4.3% in the third quarter, compared with the same quarter in 2016. The most recent (December) forecast by the United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America & the Caribbean (Eclac) is expecting that Argentina will close the year with 2.9% GDP growth.
