Uruguay: Uruguay’s viticulture association (Inavi) has reported that the country has exported 4.6m litres of bottled wine this year, beating the previous export record of 3.4m litres in 2007. This year’s positive result “shows the growing international interest in Uruguayan wine”, Inavi said in a statement. The top export markets for Uruguayan wine are Brazil, the US, and Mexico.
