CUBA: Cuba prepares for climate change

Like its Caribbean neighbours, low-lying Cuba is one of the island nations in the region most at risk from climate change, with rising sea levels the greatest threat. The government has recently presented a US$100m plan to prepare the island for the expected impact between now and 2100.
