Colombia: The Colombian authorities have announced the capture in Arauca department of a leader of the Ejército de Liberación Nacional (ELN) guerrilas who goes by the alias ‘Mico’. He has been accused of organising and executing terrorist attacks and had an arrest warrant pending for criminal association and homicide.
