Nicaragua: Vice President Rosario Murillo has announced plans to extend the Partial Scope Agreement between Nicaragua and Colombia. In force since 1984, the agreement aims to “enlarge preferential markets for exports” and to make Nicaraguan products “more competitive”, according to an official statement. Nicaragua's development, industry & business ministry will receive a Colombian goverment delegation for a first round of talks from 13 to 15 March in Managua.
