Pdvsa’s woes extend
Earlier this year [RA-18-01], we noted the deepening production problems at Venezuela’s state oil company Petróleos de Venezuela (Pdvsa). On some accounts, the problems at the company are now becoming acute, with oil workers leaving in droves, threatening the company’s basic ability to operate.
