OECD points up Mexico’s challenges

In its ‘Going for Growth 2018’ report, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) urges Mexico to follow through with its recent structural economic reforms, in particular the 2012-2013 education reform. Improved education, the OECD emphasises, is critical to reducing Mexico’s structural gap in GDP per capita relative to the most advanced OECD countries.
