Peru has a new President: Martín Vizcarra, who was sworn in on 23 March after Pedro Pablo Kuczynski was forced to resign amid a storm of corruption allegations and congressional hostility. The country also has a new minister of economy and finance (MEF), David Tuesta, sworn in as part of a new cabinet on 2 April.
