Trinidad & Tobago: Still waiting for anti-terror legislation

A little over a year ago, in February 2017, the government of Trinidad & Tobago announced plans to amend existing anti-terrorism legislation. Earlier this month it was announced that the proposed legislation would need another three months of consultation and scrutiny by a parliamentary committee before proceeding to the statute book.
