Conditions improve for entrepreneurs, but resilience remains a must

When Valentina Ramallo came up with the idea for her Valu Ramallo bakery business, she knew the product side: she’d been making cakes for years. But she was put off by the high cost and scarce financing for running a business in the Argentina of 2014. It took months and reams of paperwork to actually register the business. “Argentina is full of young people who want to start a business, but there have always been many obstacles,” the 28-year-old told LatinNews.
