Old age in Chile and Uruguay: calls for reform

Uruguay has the oldest population in Latin America and Chile is projected to to take this mantle in 2050. In both countries reforming the pension system is a matter of debate between the individual and the collective. While Uruguay is talking about reforms, in Chile President Sebastián Piñera has already presented reform proposals.
