Damning report details Mexico’s many forms of inequality
On 5 June, the Colegio de México (Colmex), a public university based in Mexico City, released its ‘Desigualdades en México 2018’ report to “highlight the interdependence and accumulation of inequalities” in the country. The report aims to “explore economic, educational, social and gender inequality”, while also addressing inter-regional inequality, governmental capacities, and sociocultural and historical perspectives.
