Anti-bribery laws found to be most lenient

The Fundación Ciudadano Inteligente (FCI), a Santiago-based NGO which aims to promote and safeguard transparency, accountability, and citizen participation, has released the initial findings of its ongoing No Más Cohecho (‘no more bribery’) study. The initial findings from the study show that Chile is the most lenient on bribery of the 16 countries it studied, including Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Costa Rica, Peru, and the US.
