López Obrador vows to stop Mexico’s oil exports

Development: On 14 October Mexico’s President-elect Andrés Manuel López Obrador said that one of his incoming government’s objectives is for the country to only extract sufficient oil to satisfy Mexico’s domestic market and to stop exporting the resource abroad.
