Mexico supreme court ruling sets precedent for marijuana use

Development: On 31 October, Mexico’s supreme court (SCJN) ruled, by four votes to one, that the total prohibition of recreational consumption of marijuana is unconstitutional as it contravenes the fundamental right for an individual to freely develop their personality.
