MEXICO | NAIM bonds. Mexico’s finance ministry (SHCP) announced on 11 December that it would be improving its offer to repurchase the bonds issued by the Mexico City airport trust (Mexcat) to help finance the new US$13.3bn Mexico City international airport project (NAIM), which President Andrés Manuel López Obrador has confirmed he will cancel.
