HONDURAS: Latest political reforms leave critical matters still unresolved

A decade since the protracted political brinkmanship leading up to 2009 coup, Honduras has yet to fully deal with the bitter fallout. In some ways, little has changed, with the traditional political actors still entrenched in power, with little real voice for the under-represented underclass majority.
