* Bolivia’s national statistics institute (INE) has released new figures which show that national monthly rate inflation in February 2019 was -0.15% compared with the previous month, while the year-on-year rate was 0.95%. The financial fiscal programme for 2019 signed by Bolivia’s economy ministry and the central bank (BCB) has set a 4% inflation target for this year.
