José Ángel Gurría, the Secretary-General of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), has announced that the OECD is forecasting 1.6% growth for Mexico for 2019, down from 2% in 2018. The forecast is included in the OECD’s newly released
Economic Survey of Mexico. Gurría said
