Mexico-Argentina car export treaty extended ahead of potential FTA

On 19 March, Mexico’s economy ministry (SE) announced a three-year extension to its vehicle export quotas for trade with Argentina according to the terms of the bilateral Economic Complementation Agreement No. 55 (Ace 55). The announcement came after the two countries agreed to renew the quotas which had expired after they were renewed in 2011 and 2015.
