VENEZUELA: Putin maintains strong support for Maduro
On 6 June, Russia’s President Vladimir Putin said that the countries that have recognised Juan Guaidó as Venezuela’s interim president and no longer recognise Nicolás Maduro as the legitimate president are “crazy” and are not helping to resolve Venezuela’s political crisis.
