MEXICO | Trade surplus. Mexico’s national statistics institute (Inegi) released figures on 26 July showing a trade surplus of US$3.15bn in the first half of 2019, with a surplus of US$2.56bn recorded in June alone. This contrasts with the trade deficit of US$899m recorded in June 2018.
