PARAGUAY | Paraguay registers greatest fall in exports. Paraguay will register the biggest fall in exports in Latin America and the Caribbean in 2019, with the exception of Venezuela, according to an annual report published on 29 October by the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (Eclac), which reveals that adverse global economic conditions are negatively impacting trade flows from the region.
